Comcast today announced the launch of Sports & News TV, a new video package for Xfinity Internet customers that brings together live news, top sporting events from NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB and NCAA, hit movies and shows, and primetime TV all in one place.

Sports & News TV is available for a simple, all-in monthly price of $70 when combined with Xfinity Internet, all backed by a broadband network built for streaming and live sports. The new package includes 50+ broadcast, cable news and sports channels, a subscription to Peacock, 300 hours of cloud DVR storage, plus access to 100+ free streaming channels seamlessly integrated into the channel guide and throughout the browsing experience.

Available to new and existing Xfinity customers, Sports & News TV includes:

• Popular national news channels including CNBC, CNN, FOX News and MSNBC.
• Sports channels with live coverage spanning college and professional sports including ACC Network, Big Ten Network, ESPN, FS1, GOLF Channel, and SEC Network.
• Access to Peacock’s expansive selection of breakout original series, more than 8,000 hours of live sports including NFL football, Premier League soccer, WWE and coming soon NBA basketball, hit movies right after they’re in theaters, next day access to all new shows from NBC and Bravo, fan-favorite library content and daily live news.
• 300 hours of cloud DVR storage.
• Seamless access to 100+ streaming channels within the channel guide, complementing the already robust line up of programming with channels such as American Crimes, E! Keeping Up, FOX Sports, Telemundo Al Dia, TODAY All Day, Sky News, and more.
• Simple, all-in pricing with no contracts or commitments required. 

Customers looking for the best, most-interactive and immersive viewing experience can add an X1 TV box to their subscription to get features like Enhanced 4K, Multiview, Odds Zone, integrated search with the Xfinity voice remote, and more. Xfinity customers who have purchased a Xumo Stream Box will be able to access their Sports & News TV channels via the Xfinity Stream app. For customers who prefer watching on their own streaming devices, Sports & News TV is also accessible in-home and on-the-go via the Xfinity Stream app on supported third-party platforms like Apple TV, Fire TV, iOS, Roku, Xumo TV, and more.

Sports & News TV joins a growing catalog of video packages and streaming options offered by Xfinity, all designed to help customers save money on their favorite entertainment via the nation’s best and most reliable network in and out of the home. Xfinity customers have the option to combine some packages together so they can build an entertainment bundle to suit their unique needs. For example, Sports & News TV customers looking for more live sports can add the More Sports & Entertainment package that includes channels like NFL RedZone, NFL Network, MLB Network, NBA TV and NHL Network for an additional $9.95 per month. For an additional $15, they can add Xfinity StreamSaver with Netflix and Apple TV+ to enjoy more of their favorite streaming entertainment.
