Kalyn Hove serves as the Regional Senior Vice President for Comcast’s Midwest Region. In this role, she is the top executive responsible for customer experience, sales, operations, and financial performance.

With her people-focused leadership style, Kalyn leads while providing support and feedback in a way that uplifts and drives individual and team success. In 2023, the Midwest Region received the Great Place to Work Award focused on employee engagement, motivation and inclusion. In addition, in 2022 Midwest Region was recognized as the top Customer Experience Region, and in 2021 was named the Comcast West Division Region of the Year validating the Regions’ ability to execute and drive revenue growth. The Region also leads in Employee Net Promoter Scores around employee engagement and motivation, which exemplifies her focus on development and empowerment of her team.

Previously, Kalyn held the role as Vice President, Comcast Business, Twin Cities Region, for seven years. During her time in Comcast Business, Kalyn provided strategic leadership for the Region’s Comcast Business team in supporting and growing Small-Medium Business and Enterprise services throughout the region. Her Comcast Business team was a Power Rankings leader, achieving five consecutive years as #1 in year-over-year revenue growth for the company. In 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022 under her leadership, the Midwest Region won the Comcast Business Award as the top-performing Region in the West Division.

Prior to joining Comcast, Kalyn served as Global Vice President, Collaboration at Level 3 and Global Crossing. Kalyn's team was the company's top performing business unit seven out of nine years and showed consistent year-over-year growth.

Kalyn has received several accolades including 2022 Notable Women in Technology by Twin Cities Business, a "Women in Business Award” honoree from the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal and "500 Most Powerful Business Executives in Minnesota" from Minnesota Monthly. She is a member of the Greater Twin Cities United Way Board, the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce Board, and the Minnesota Women’s Economic Roundtable. She is a graduate of South Dakota State University and has completed executive education courses at both Harvard Business School and The Wharton School.

With more than 30 years living in the Twin Cities area, she is strongly connected to the local community. That’s why Kalyn is especially proud of the work she and her team has done to support digital equity efforts, including establishing more than 115 Comcast Lift Zones, Wi-Fi enabled solutions in community spaces that supports students and diverse adult populations in distance learning, remote work, telehealth services, and more. She is also extremely honored to have awarded more than 400 Twin Cities small businesses owned by people of color or women with $2 million in monetary grants, marketing support, and technology upgrades.

Kalyn’s two favorite things are spending time on the lake with her family and watching the Minnesota Vikings as a more than 25-year season ticket holder.
